All tour cancellations must be emailed to tourreservation@qtlv.com.
Itineraries may be changed by Quality Tours of Las Vegas depending on weather conditions. Tour duration may be extended due to unforeseen traffic delays.
All early cancellations are subject to a $25.00 processing fee per order, unless the original deposit amount was less than $25.00, in which case, the processing fee will be equal to the original deposit amount.
Cancellations 12 - 48 hours before tour date are subject to the total non-refundable tour deposit paid at the time the tour was reserved.
Cancellations less than 12 hours before the tour are subject to the total tour cost.
Please advise Quality Tours of Las Vegas of any changes in your tour plans as early as possible, click tourreservations@qtlv.com and send us an email. We'll do our best to accommodate you.
